REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled if production has not yet started. Once your item is being printed or prepared for shipment, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@visaje.shop. We will confirm whether your order can still be canceled and issue a full refund if applicable.
2. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Each product is made to order, so returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This includes:
- Products damaged upon delivery
- Printing errors (if the original file provided is correct)
- Wrong size, color, or design sent compared to the confirmed order
3. CLAIM PROCEDURE
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please submit a claim within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@visaje.shop.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- Provide a brief description of the problem.
Minor differences between the digital preview and the final printed product (including color variations) are normal in the printing process and do not qualify as defects.
4. RESOLUTION OF CLAIMS
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may, at our discretion:
- Reprint and resend the product
- Issue a partial or full refund
- Offer a store credit for future purchases
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after a resolution has been confirmed.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If a return is required for inspection, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. No refunds or replacements will be processed until the returned item is received and inspected.
6. CUSTOMER ORDER ERRORS
We do not offer refunds or replacements for errors made by the customer, including:
- Typos or design errors in uploaded artwork
- Incorrect size or color selection
- Wrong shipping address provided
Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
7. MISSING OR LOST ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:
- Check your tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- If the package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days.
- We will investigate with the carrier and offer a solution depending on the results of the inquiry.
8. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, we do not issue refunds. Reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
This Refund and Return Policy is part of our Terms of Service and may be updated at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
